Abstract

Consiste em analisar o ambiente laboral da empresa SB Comércio Ltda em sua totalidade, conhecendo um pouco das rotinas dos setores que movem esta grande instituição no ramo da distribuição de medicamentos e gêneros da saúde em geral. A ênfase maior está voltada para o Treinamento & Desenvolvimento das pessoas que fazem essa empresa crescer e ganhar cada vez mais espaço no mercado consumidor, sendo uma opção a mais para o público em geral, tendo no atendimento a atenção disponibilizada para cada cliente que ao procurar uma solução junto ao atendente recebe uma grande variedade de sugestões para sanar um sinistro ocorrido na saúde de seu ente familiar, assim apresenta-se esta visão macro ambiental de uma empresa que ao passar dos tempos torna-se referência no que disponibiliza.
