Abstract

El trabajo aborda la problemática del trabajo metodológico en los colectivos de año en favor del mejoramiento del desempeño de los docentes y la formación del profesional de la especialidad de Geografía en la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba. En el mismo se presentan algunos fundamentos teóricos sobre las actividades docentes metodológicas que se proponen, se proponen ciclo metodológico a partir de las necesidades y potencialidades que presentan los docentes miembros del colectivo, con un carácter sistémico y sistemático y una valoración de la implementación de las actividades en la práctica pedagógica.
