Diagnóstico de la orientación vocacional profesional con enfoque multifactorial

Abstract

La ponencia está dirigida a los resultados del diagnóstico de la orientación profesional vocacional en jóvenes, de manera que el profesional de la Educación pueda caracterizar las inclinaciones vacacionales y motivos de inclinación de estudiantes de 12mo grado del municipio de Sancti Spíritus, a partir de la interpretación de un conjunto de técnicas e instrumentos psicológicos con este propósito. Una indagación inicial de la problemática aborda algunos presupuestos teóricos acerca de la Orientación Profesional Vocacional con enfoque multifactorial y la necesidad de perfeccionar el desarrollo de la orientación profesional en los alumnos, sobre todo en aquellos jóvenes que están próximos a elegir la profesión. Es importante considerar las características psicológicas de la juventud, y la relación que tiene la actividad de estudio con la orientación profesional que se fomenta desde un desarrollo intensivo de la concepción del mundo. La orientación se articula a través de estrategias educativas que parten del diagnóstico integral de los educandos y su contexto; planificadas, organizadas y dirigidas por la institución y donde los profesionales y factores educativos que intervienen complementan su trabajo con acciones dentro y fuera del centro escolar.
