Abstract

El proceso de formación permanente del docente universitario venezolano se ha desarrollado de manera repetitiva y academicista, colocando la atención en lo instructivo, quedando relegado a un segundo plano lo educativo; considerando estos aspectos se hace necesario incorporar en este proceso elementos que permitan adaptar el mismo a las nuevas tendencias emergentes para su actualización.
