Abstract

La producción de tecnologías es un asunto que concierne a toda la sociedad dado su impacto en la manera en que se desarrolla la vida de las personas. En la actualidad, quienes toman las decisiones sobre qué tipos de tecnologías diseñar y producir, lo hacen al margen y sin el necesario consenso de quienes están destinados a ser usuarios, clientes o consumidores de las mismas.
