Abstract

La formación continúa de los docentes de los institutos tecnológicos superiores es de gran importancia para garantizar óptimos resultados en los procesos educativos. La evaluación del capital humano docente posibilita el conocimiento de los efectos de los programas formativos en relación con las metas propuestas y los recursos asignados. El objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar el capital humano docente del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Juan de Velasco de Riobamba.
