Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo Analizar las incidencias, causas y efectos de los riesgos de origen psicosocial en el área de educación de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Tosagua†de la provincia de Manabí, país Ecuador. 2017, hace una recopilación documental de los resultados de las investigaciones realizadas en años anteriores sobre el tema; encauzado en el sistema educativo de la provincia de Manabí, así como las medidas preventivas que se han aplicado para tratarla, prevenirla y erradicarla con resultados pocos satisfactorios, tomando en cuenta que las condiciones del medio y el contexto social donde se desarrollan son cada vez más competitivos y desleales, esto hacen que la problemática se radique y multiplique.
