Propuesta para evaluar, desde la óptica de los alumnos, las competencias docentes establecidas para el nivel medio superior en México

Abstract

El instrumento de evaluación del desempeño docente a los profesores de nivel de educación media superior que se propone en este trabajo, tiene su origen en la necesidad de verificar, de manera sistemática, qué tanto el docente del Nivel Medio Superior conoce y aplica (asume) en el aula las actitudes, la metodología y los procesos de evaluación del aprendizaje, que exige la asunción de un modelo de bachillerato por competencias; aunque se limita a la visión del estudiante, apunta de manera general, hacia la necesidad de una evaluación integral. Constituye un primer acercamiento a la evaluación del desempeño del docente que trabaja por competencias en instituciones de nivel medio superior establecidas en la República Mexicana.
