Estrés académico en psicólogos clínicos en formación

Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene el propósito de analizar el estrés académico en psicólogos clínicos en formación y cómo este, sobre la base de sus competencias pueda utilizar las estrategias en el manejo del estrés para sí mismo, no solo como estudiante sino como futuro profesional de la Psicología; este análisis se fundamentó en una amplia bibliografía pertinente y actualizada; además de los conocimientos y experiencias realizadas en el aula de clase con los estudiantes de la carrera de Psicología de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, permitieron tomar una postura y proponer una serie de estrategias y terapias que puede utilizar para hacer frente al estrés académico y responder con éxito a las exigencias propias de la formación; de la misma manera, que las universidades realicen un proceso valorativo sobre las competencias que desarrolla en el proceso formativo del psicólogo clínico.
