Conocimiento de los resultados de los diplomados de capacitación por la evaluación del nivel de satisfacción de cursantes

Abstract

La preparación y superación de los cuadros y reservas en Cuba fue encargada al Ministerio de Educación Superior en 1994 por el Acuerdo 2837/1994 del Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo de Ministros, lo que se ratificó en abril de 1995 en acuerdo de la Comisión Central de Cuadros (Ministerio de Educación Superior, 2010, p. 12). Se presentan los resultados de las acciones de capacitación, diseñada e impartida a los cursantes y empleadores de las entidades del territorio. Para la comprobación del nivel de satisfacción de los cursantes se utilizó la técnica de V. A. IADOV, con la que se obtuvo un índice de satisfacción grupal 0.64 para losinstrumentales metodológicas puestos a disposición de los cursantes, y un índice de satisfacción grupal de 0.70 para las actividades docentes planificadas.
