A CLT de 1943 e o Projeto de Lei 4330 de 2004: Análise sobre seus efeitos aos profissionais da educação brasileira

Abstract

O presente artigo visa impulsionar a discussão sobre os direitos trabalhistas no Brasil, realizando uma revisão Histórica e Sociológica sobre a Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas (CLT) de 1943 e o Projeto de Lei 4330 de 2004, que pretende regular o trabalho terceirizado em praticamente todos os setores da iniciativa privada do país. Este texto acadêmico tem por objetivo destacar os possíveis impactos desta lei no âmbito dos profissionais ligados a área educacional do país, tanto na educação básica, quanto aos trabalhadores que atuam no ensino superior.
