La simulación de negocios como una herramienta de aprendizaje empresarial para desarrollar la competitividad

Abstract

Los avances metodológicos en los sistemas educativos han evolucionado con el tiempo y de acuerdo al progreso tecnológico de la época. Este artículo, analiza cómo los juegos de simulación pueden ser empleados en la enseñanza de la dirección estratégica mediante una metodología específica que trata de que los estudiantes participen en un ambiente de negocio concreto. La simulación de negocios se constituye como una herramienta de aprendizaje empresarial, conjuga la teoría y el uso de la práctica del simulador de negocios como una herramienta óptima para el aprendizaje que permite gestionar una empresa virtual. Los estudiantes fueron parte de la simulación donde pudieron experimentar la toma de decisiones con un ambiente empresarial simulado, tomando en consideración aspectos financieros y administrativos, demostrando sus destrezas para el manejo empresarial.
