La preparación de los maestros en formación: retos y dasafíos desde la asignatura Fundamentos de Pedagogía

Abstract

Las escuelas pedagógicas hoy contribuyen una alternativa esencial para la formación, desarrollo y preparación de los futuros profesionales de la educación. En su plan de estudio se concibió un grupo de asignaturas que responden a las necesidades que demanda tan humana profesión; entre ellas se encuentra: “Fundamentos de Pedagogía†, la cual obedece a la necesidad de formar futuros educadores preparados y conocedores de las particularidades psicológicas que identifican el desarrollo humano. En este programa se trabajan aspectos muy puntuales para el tratamiento con la familia, pero en él no se precisan qué actividades desarrollar con ella para reforzar la orientación profesional pedagógica en sus hijos durante la práctica pre-profesional pedagógica. Por la importancia del tema se propone como objetivo: Proponer un sistema de actividades docentes para preparar a los maestros primarios de la escuela pedagógica, en el trabajo de orientación profesional pedagógica de la familia, desde la asignatura Fundamentos de Pedagogía.
