La Educación en el Sur de Tamaulipas; (análisis de acuerdo a la metodología ICES del BID en ciudades emergentes)

Abstract

En la actualidad la zona sur del estado de Tamaulipas ha mostrado un fuerte crecimiento en su población y en su economía, principalmente la ciudad de Altamira, otorgándonos la pauta para analizar el indicador de educación de acuerdo a la metodología ICES (Iniciativa de ciudades emergentes y sostenibles) del BID (Banco interamericano de desarrollo), para dar a conocer las características que posee Altamira en base a la metodología antes mencionada y evaluar dichos resultados. Se sabe que una de las prioridades en las ciudades emergentes es la Educación, en el sur de Tamaulipas una de sus problemáticas es la deserción escolar en todos los niveles es por ello que esta investigación se pretende conocer los indicadores que marca la Metodología ICES y compararlos con los resultados que tiene el estado.
