Abstract

El presente trabajo habla sobre el fenómeno de las nuevas tecnologías, cuyo papel está reintegrando nuevos paradigmas sociales, económicos y culturales en cuanto al funcionamiento estructural y dinámico de una sociedad cada vez más globalizada; y la forma en que estos factores inciden en el fenómeno educativo, con el propósito de analizar, reflexionar y proponer alternativas hipotéticas respecto al escenario en el que los principales afectados son los habitantes de las comunidades sin conexión tecnología, educación y cultura, emergen en una nueva convivencia y cuyos ejes de confirmación son cada vez más imbricados y confusos. Se trata de establecer en el fondo una pedagogía incluyente, propositiva y acorde a las nuevas generaciones.
