Uma reflexão sobre a importância dos jogos e brincadeiras na escola

Abstract

Este trabalho busca contribuir para a compreensão do espaço escolar como um lugar propício de construção do conhecimento, a partir de brincadeiras, jogos e brinquedos, enquanto instrumentos pedagógicos, e a influência do brincar no desenvolvimento cognitivo e social da criança, tornando o aprendizado atraente e interessante. Verificamos que os jogos e as brincadeiras proporcionam a socialização, o raciocínio lógico, a imaginação e a criatividade, sistemas indispensáveis à construção da aprendizagem na primeira infância.
