El papel de actividades lúdicas para favorecer la motivación por el aprendizaje de inglés

Abstract

Este artículo es una revisión bibliográfica sobre los beneficios de la implementación de actividades lúdicas en las clases de idioma y sobre la evidente y además comprobada eficacia de estos para elevar la motivación de los estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras. En el artículo se exponen referencias a los criterios de algunos investigadores sobre esta temática, se reflexiona sobre diferentes tipos de actividades lúdicas y la utilidad de su implementación en clases. Se mencionan las propuestas de algunos autores que investigan sobre esta temática en el campo de la enseñanza de inglés a los profesionales de la salud en Cuba. La autora aboga fuertemente por el uso de estas actividades en las clases de inglés con los estudiantes de la carrera de Medicina para favorecer su motivación y mejorar la calidad de su aprendizaje.
