Impactos del Centro Universitario Municipal Bartolomé Masó Márquez, en el desarrollo educacional del territorio

Abstract

La universidad cubana tiene entre sus misiones el asesoramiento a las empresas y organismos del territorio donde está enclavada. Este artículo muestra una arista de las relaciones entre Educación como organismo y el Centro Universitario Municipal para favorecer la calidad del proceso pedagógico de cada nivel de enseñanza. De ahí que, el objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar el impacto de la superación y la capacitación posgraduada en función del desarrollo educacional del Municipio Bartolomé Masó Márquez de la provincia Granma. Con la puesta en práctica de la estrategia se responden las demandas de superación, capacitación y se consolida el trabajo de la universidad en función del desarrollo local, siendo los profesores los principales agentes para la gestión del conocimiento y del cambio educativo.
