El componente laboral investigativo en la unidad docente. Su influencia en la formación de docentes integrales

Abstract

Una de las vías principales a la que se vincula el estudiante universitario de carreras pedagógicas lo constituye su componente laboral investigativo en la unidad docente. Elemento imprescindible para que este ponga en práctica todo lo aprendido hasta ese momento. A medida que el estudiante universitario se vincula al proceso docente educativo, se cumple el principio martiano de la vinculación del estudio con el trabajo.El impetuoso desarrollo científico-técnico alcanzado en los albores del siglo XXI, hace que el estudiante universitario de carreras pedagógicas, se prepare con un perfil amplio, debido a las necesidades que le plantea la sociedad. La práctica laboral investigativa en la unidad docente es primordial en su propio desarrollo y permite que este logre una preparación más amplia logrando su superación y a la vez la puesta en práctica del conocimiento aprendido en toda su carrera.
