Estudo e aplicação da gamificação no contexto de sistemas bancários

Abstract

A partir do desenvolvimento da tecnologia surgem novas formas de trabalho favorecendo assim etapas e ações bem como a vida do cotidiano. Este cenário é influenciado principalmente pela introdução da Tecnologia da Informação como é o caso da Gamificação. Baseado neste contexto o objetivo geral deste estudo é conhecer os principais recursos aplicados ao processo de gamificação. A metodologia do estudo será realizada com base em uma pesquisa bibliográfica, a fim de conhecer principais mudanças no mundo atual da tecnologia. Como resultados preliminares, será demonstrado alguns exemplos de gamificação presentes no mercado e quais estratégias e recursos já vem sendo implantados nos sistemas Bancários.
