El saber hacer desde la comunicaciòn en el desarrollo de las competencias en lenguaje

Abstract

El siglo XXI, que ofrecerá recursos sin precedentes tanto a la circulación y al almacenamiento de informaciones como a la comunicación, planteará a la educación una doble exigencia que, a primera vista, puede parecer casi contradictoria: la educación deberá transmitir, masiva y eficazmente, un volumen cada vez mayor de conocimientos teóricos y técnicos evolutivos, adaptados a la civilización cognoscitiva, porque sonlas bases de las competencias del futuro. De sus inicios a la fecha, el número de propuestas y experiencias relacionadas con el uso de las TIC en la educación ha crecido de manera acelerada como lo muestran, por un lado, la cantidad de trabajos presentados en los últimos años en numerosos eventos internacionales sobre educación y TIC3 y, por otro, las organizaciones que se han creado en torno a dicho binomio, como la Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education(AACE); la International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE); la Red Iberoamericana de Informática Educativa (RIBIE), la Sociedad Mexicana de Cómputo Educativo (SOMECE), y la Asociación Chilena de Informática y Computación en Educación.
