Abstract

En el presente trabajo se abordan aspectos teóricos y prácticos, relacionados con la evaluación del proceso de formación inicial del profesor. Se contextualiza en el desempeño del profesor en formación y el papel que juegan los demás sujetos implicados en dicha formación. Se propone una metodología para la evaluación del proceso de formación inicial de los profesores de Secundaria Básica, develando los resultados de la aplicación práctica de la misma, para que con la reflexión y toma de decisiones a partir de la intervención de los directivos escolares se cumpla el propósito de lograr una formación integral. Se constata la valoración de la propuesta, teniendo en cuenta los criterios de rigor de factibilidad y pertinencia dados por directivos escolares para socializarla en un primer momento y por especialistas para someterla a una consideración más individual en un segundo momento, además de la implementación práctica.
