Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma breve descrição da Teoria do Capital Humano, além de apresentar uma resenha de diversos estudos publicados na literatura brasileira sobre este tema. Este trabalho está dividido em quatro partes: introdução; Teoria do Capital humano; estudos de caso no Brasil; e conclusões.
