Abstract

La interacción transdisciplinar de la universidad con la comunidad tiene presente la naturaleza compleja de la realidad social. Las potencialidades de la universidad y de manera particular de las carreras asociadas a las ciencias sociales en la Universidad de Baracoa. Se esbozan elementos relacionados con la transdisciplinariedad. Se parte de la premisa el reconocimiento de problemas sociales comunes a todas las ciencias sociales y que constituyen unidades de integración y de constructos teóricos en los cuales se insertan los conocimientos afin al trabajo con la comunidad. El objetivo está en propiciar una propuesta estratégica que reconozca la capacidad de interacción de la universidad y la comunidad, a través de las ciencias sociales, que se corresponda con la naturaleza compleja de la realidad comunitaria. De manera general se reconoce que la naturaleza compleja de la realidad social del ámbito comunitario demanda de análisis transdisciplinario, que La Universidad, a través de las ciencias sociales posee potencialidades para la interacción transdisciplinar con la comunidad y la propuesta estratégica contiene una visión transdisciplinar y se ajusta a la naturaleza de la interacción universidad – comunidad.
