Abstract

El artículo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer los resultados científicos teóricos y prácticos de la Educación de Posgrado desde la integración de las universidades pedagógicas, las escuelas politécnicas, las entidades laborales y la comunidad. Se aborda las exigencias del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para este contexto de la formación permanente y se particulariza en el entrenamiento de posgrado como una forma organizativa que se centra más en el ejercicio en condiciones reales o muy próximas a ellas mediante la investigación en la solución de situaciones profesionales productivas. El resultado de la investigación se ha introducido en Pinar del Río, específicamente en los profesores agropecuarios de la Educación Técnica y Profesional con resultados satisfactorios.
