Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda los aspectos teóricos y metodológicos a tener en cuenta para la dirección del trabajo metodológico en las universidades. El trabajo metodológico constituye una de las exigencias de la educación superior contemporánea una forma específica de dirección estratégica.se definen sus características forma de hacer la gestión del trabajo metodológico y su importancia para el logro de resultados en la gestión académica universitaria por parte de los directivos responsables de las diferentes áreas docentes
