Cuadro De Mando Integral En La Facultad De Administraciã“N De Empresas De La Escuela Superior Politã‰Cnica De Chimborazo

Abstract

En el marco del Proyecto Prometo la Facultad de Administración de Empresa (FADE) de la Escuela Superior de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) inició sus primeros pasos para la implementación del Balanced Scorecard (BSC) o Cuadro de Mando Integral, como modelo de Gestión Universitaria. Los objetivos de este proyecto eran implementar el BSC en la FADE y en sus seis Escuelas. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se tuvo en cuenta las teorías de los autores Robert Kaplan y David Norton respecto al BSC y utilizaron métodos comparativos y de análisis con otras experiencias en la gestión universitaria. Finalmente se implementó el BSC que es un modelo que facilita el control de gestión en la FADE.
