Abstract

Los cambios económicos y sociales en el mundo exigen que los países cuenten con recurso humano que de respuesta a las necesidades de competitividad. El modelo de Preparación para la Universidad determina las habilidades, comportamientos y los conocimientos que los estudiantes bachilleres requieren para poder tener éxito en el nivel educativo post-secundario (Universidad) o en la vida laboral (Conley, 2005, 2007 a, 2007 b, 2010,2014). Este artículo pretende presentar una revisión de la literatura y un cuestionario de prácticas derivado de la literatura encontrada como una herramienta de apoyo para las instituciones educativas. La exposición se centra en el Modelo de Preparación para la Universidad de D.T. Conley.
