Empleabilidad De Los Graduados Del Instituto Tecnolã“Gico De Huatabampo, Generaciã“N 2008

Abstract

Con el propósito de identificar que tan empleables son los egresados del Instituto Tecnológico de Huatabampo (ITHUA), se diseño una metodología para determinar el índice de empleabilidad de los graduados de educación superior. Las variables evaluadas fueron su trayectoria académica, motivación para buscar empleo, acceso y uso de tecnologías y redes sociales, competencias, valores y datos socio-económicos. Los resultados muestran un nivel relativamente alto de empleabilidad (79.67 índice de empleabilidad promedio y 72.46 índice de empleabilidad promedio ponderado). Sin embargo; en las debilidades de sus competencias se puede encontrar con frecuencias tres aspectos claves: capacidad para escribir y hablar idiomas extranjeros, capacidad para presentar en público productos, ideas o informes y capacidad para utilizar herramientas informáticas.
