Nuevos roles del profesor y del estudiante universitario en el contexto del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. Aplicación al área de organización de empresas

Abstract

El Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) conlleva adoptar nuevos roles por parte del profesor y del estudiante para poder desarrollar con éxito el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de las correspondientes competencias. Los nuevos roles implican nuevas formas de pensar, de sentir, de relacionarse y de actuar por parte de los alumnos y de los profesores. Este trabajo analiza las percepciones de los estudiantes acerca de la necesidad de cambio de dichos roles. Utilizando una muestra de 340 alumnos de titulaciones y asignaturas relacionadas con la empresa y mediante el modelo de Rasch se han podido obtener los contenidos de dichos roles. Los estudiantes consideran necesario adoptar esos roles en la Universidad. Cuando se han aplicado dichos roles en las sesiones de clase, junto a la metodología de enseñanza-aprendizaje incluida en un proyecto de innovación paralelo, la satisfacción y la eficacia declarada han sido muy elevadas.
