La gestión en la Universidad de Sonora para el logro de la calidad de la educación

Abstract

En las universidades, la búsqueda constante de la calidad en los programas de licenciatura que ofertan es una constante dada la demanda de éstas, es por ello que estos junto con la planta docente constituyen un eje fundamental de mejora continua para lograr los objetivos del plan de desarrollo institucional. La gestión administrativa como un medio para alcanzar la calidad de la educación y los objetivos de la institución forman el cuerpo de acción a seguir dentro de un marco de mejora continua.
