Abstract

Este artículo describe, a través de una evaluación diagnóstica, el nivel de conocimientos del idioma inglés que tienen los estudiantes de la licenciatura de Contaduría Pública de la FCA-UABJO al ingresar a 4º semestre y cursar la asignatura Lengua Extranjera Intermedia-Inglés. Esta evaluación tiene como objetivo general analizar los resultados para determinar si los estudiantes tienen el nivel adecuado para iniciar estudios de nivel intermedio y/o emprender acciones que permitan elevar la calidad de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, de manera que los estudiantes logren obtener una certificación del idioma que los apoye en su ingreso al mercado laboral y/o la continuación de estudios de posgrado.
