Propuesta de Reforma del Reglamento de Servicio Social de la Universidad Autónoma "Benito Juárez" de Oaxaca

Abstract

El Reglamento de Servicio Social Universitario se encuentra vigente desde el 13 de diciembre de 2006, las condiciones que fueron determinadas en aquella época, respondían exclusivamente a las necesidades imperantes de diez carreras universitarias, los requerimientos de prestadores de servicio social eran limitados por las instituciones públicas federales, estatales y municipales, con una cultura prohibitiva para el mercado laboral privado, burocratismo excesivo en los trámites y escaso seguimiento de las funciones desempeñadas por los estudiantes. Como consecuencia de ello, el Reglamento actualmente es inoperante, obsoleto, burocrático, su procedimiento complejo, baja participación de las Unidades Académicas y limitado control en la supervisión y seguimiento de los prestadores de servicio social.
