Educação profissional e tecnológica: uma proposta inovadora e emacipatória para Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Brasil

Abstract

La Red Federal de Educación Profesional y Tecnología ha avanzado a fin de supervisar el desarrollo económico y social de Brasil. La Política Pública del Gobierno Federal se comparan con las del pasado, sino que se mueven hacia adelante y provocar muchos cambios. Más lo que tiene que cambiar? Escuelas de Artesanos y aprendices de la década de 1910 los Institutos Federal del siglo XXI. ¿Qué conservar y cambiar. No muy lejos de esto, el Instituto Federal de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología, con raras excepciones, siguen utilizando los modelos educativos arcaicos y discriminatorio porque idealizar y promover la excelencia en la campaña de educación, no para promover la inclusión social y económica y utópica verdadera. Este artículo propone madura reflexióny no partidista, los modelos y las políticas públicas en Brasil formación para personas con alta capacidad técnica, pero excluidos de vivir la vida y justo socialmente. Creemos que es muy importante destacar el papel y la forma en que la educación profesional y tecnológica puede ser efectivamente inclusivo.
