Metodología y procedimientos para favorecer la autoformación permanente del maestro primario

Abstract

La metodología que se presenta se centra en las funciones actuales del maestro primario al abordar elementos fundamentales de su actividad como maestro, tutor y profesor a tiempo parcial. Se destaca la integración, como una de las cualidades más importantes. La metodología para favorecer la autoformación permanente del maestro licenciado se caracteriza por su carácter humano: el humanismo martiano y marxista, entiende al ser humano como portador de potencialidades infinitas para transformar y transformarse a sí mismo, por medio de su actividad, lo que implica conocimientos asociados a la sensibilidad y significaciones humanas y mucho optimismo en las fuerzas humanas para ser cada día mejores maestros, mejores personas y su carácter contextualizado: se diseñaron, en la metodología, los procedimientos a desarrollar por los maestros, a partir de sus necesidades, potencialidades, intereses, posiciones de cada dirección y de los diferentes contextos.
