Estrategia curricular para la atención diferenciada al primer año de las carreras pedagógicas

Abstract

Las estrategias curriculares incorporan un nuevo aspecto a la visión de las características del proceso de formación con un elevado grado de contextualización, en su proyección tienen en consideración los objetivos del modelo del profesional y en su diseño tiene un rol protagónico la carrera y, el éxito en la implementación de estas estará dado por su nivel de concreción en los años. Uno de los mayores retos que tienen en estos momentos las Universidades de Ciencias Pedagógicas, es lograr la elevación de los indicadores de asistencia, promoción y retención. Es por ello que la estrategia para la atención diferenciada al primer año, relacionada directamente con la misión y la visión de la Universidad, reviste una importancia clave para elevar los índices de eficiencia y en particular la retención pues sus acciones conllevan a que el estudiante sienta interés y motivación hacia la carrera seleccionada.
