Consideraciones acerca de la profesionalización de los departamentos de dirección científica educacional de las universidades de ciencias pedagógicas

Abstract

La profesionalización constituye uno de los temas que actualmente de forma paulatina y desde sus diversas aristas, va ocupando la atención de los autores, así al analizarla desde el punto de vista docente, Andreu (2005) la considera "…como uno de los grandes retos de la educación, y constituye la base para la solución de otros grandes problemas planteados a esta", dimensión esta igualmente abordada por autores como González (2002-2004), Chacón (2004) y Cano (2005), entre otros.
