Labor educativa de los docentes para la formación de cualidades morales y la prevención de la violencia escolar

Abstract

La labor educativa y su metodología resultan de gran significación para el trabajo del profesional de la educación. En el presente trabajo se examinan tanto las exigencias que debe reunir la labor educativa como su metodología así como la organización de la misma para el trabajo en la escuela en sentido general y en lo particular para al prevención de la violencia escolar, el mismo se sustenta en el análisis científico y en la sistematización de experiencia de la autora en las esferas del comportamiento social y de la educación moral en los estudiantes que se forman como profesionales de la educación, sirviendo como material valioso que puede ser objeto de consulta como alternativa para enfrentar la violencia desde la prevención educativa que se sustente en la metodología de la labor educativa en el trabajo de la escuela.
