Abstract

El trabajo presenta una valoración de los conceptos martianos acerca de la educación y la cultura a la que todos tenemos derechos y como estas fueron de gran utilidad para la elaboración del nuevo modelo pedagógico de la universalización, que rompe con el carácter elitista de la vieja universidad.
