Propuesta de acciones para contribuir a mejorar la formación de una cultura ambiental desde la carrera comunicación social en el Proyecto Social Comunitario Cerro

Abstract

El trabajo tiene el propósito de mejorar la formación medioambientalista en la carrera Comunicación Social de la Filial Universitaria No. 1 a través del Proyecto UH-Cerro (Pilar Atarés-El Canal). En su contenido se explica la situación real que motiva la propuesta de acciones concretas que, desde lo curricular, puede cumplir el profesor universitario de la carrera Comunicación Social. En él se analizan las categorías: Gestión de la extensión universitaria, Medio ambiente social, Proyecto UH-Cerro (Pilar –Atarés), Currículo de la carrera Comunicación Social entre otras. Se plantea la situación problémica y se explica el propósito de la investigación. Además, se proponen acciones concretas que mejoran la formación de la cultura ambiental del estudiante universitario de la carrera Comunicación Social, a partir del cumplimiento de las funciones sustantivas que cumple la universidad, en particular con el trabajo extensionista visto desde lo curricular. Ello permite el vínculo entre la universidad y el territorio (la comunidad), en este caso insertándolo en el Proyecto de Investigación UH-Cerro.
