Abstract

Una cultura democrática, debe pugnar por la formación de individuos con capacidades para participar en las sociedades del conocimiento, en donde la participación democrática, el aprender a aprender y la convivencia sean ingredientes que deben estar presentes no solo en la educación básica, sino formar parte del curriculum y práctica educativa en las Universidades e instituciones de educación superior en el país.
