Fundamentos teóricos del desde la extensión universitaria en el proceso de formación de los profesionales pedagógicos en el contexto de la universalización

Abstract

Este artículo revela, en el contexto de las transformaciones que se realizan en la Educación Superior cubana, las características del proceso de formación de los profesionales en las universidades de ciencias pedagógicas, significando el rol de la gestión extensionista universitaria, con un enfoque histórico, sistémico y dialéctico que posibilite cualificar, modelar y determinar las relaciones esenciales y la dinámica de la interacción universidad - comunidad en el desarrollo cultural y sociocultural de los sujetos. Por consiguiente, se connota la evolución de la extensión universitaria como función de la universidad, que surgida desde el siglo XIX, se ha estado transformando bajo el imperativo del desarrollo económico y social de la humanidad.
