Estrategia didáctica para la estimulación del aprendizaje reflexivo de los estudiantes de tecnología en las sedes municipal de salud

Abstract

Formar un profesional activo, reflexivo y creativo, capaz de enfrentar los desafíos del siglo XXI, es una aspiración social del modelo de formación de la carrera de Tecnología de la Salud, en la actual etapa de universalización de la Enseñanza Superior en Cuba. Partiendo de la identificación de dificultades en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la carrera y sus causas tomando como base los fundamentos teóricos del aprendizaje reflexivo se propone una estrategia didáctica que favorece su estimulación. El objetivo general de la estrategia consiste en estimular el aprendizaje reflexivo en los estudiantes que se forman como tecnólogos básicos en la carrera de Tecnología de la Salud en la Sede Universitaria Municipal. La estrategia se desarrolla en cuatro etapas, sobre la base de la utilización de procedimientos activos en las actividades docentes de cualquier asignatura. Su aplicación ha permitido valoraciones positivas de especialistas, acerca de su introducción en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
