El profesional de la educación como mediador en la solución de conflictos en los adolescentes de secundaria básica

Abstract

La formación del adolescente en la escuela Secundaria Básica en Cuba constituye el centro de la labor educativa del profesional de la educación que desarrolla su labor educativa en este contexto. El docente durante el desarrollo del proceso educativo en este tipo de escuela se enfrenta a múltiples situaciones donde se convierte en el mediador fundamental para ayudar a los adolescentes en la solución de conflictos de diferentes tipos y que tiene un origen diverso. El trabajo que se presenta brinda reflexiones teórico metodológicas sobre el rol del profesor como mediador en este proceso desde el cumplimiento de su función orientadora desde la perspectiva de la formación inicial de este profesional.
