La ética ambiental como centro de la educación ambiental en los alumnos de secundaria básica

Abstract

El presente trabajo está dirigido al desarrollo de la ética ambiental en la Educación Secundaria Básica, lo cual encuentra su base en un diagnóstico aplicado a los estudiantes, quedando demostrado la existencia de deficiencias relacionadas con el nivel cognitivo acerca del dominio de conceptos, principios básicos y otros contenidos importantes de temática ambiental, así como hábitos, habilidades, valores y actitudes positivas al respecto. Se desarrolló, además una profunda revisión bibliográfica que permitió determinar los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan el desarrollo de la educación ambiental en el proceso docente – educativo de la Educación Secundaria Básica. La novedad científica se revela lo ético ambiental como recurso para la educación ambiental en el proceso docente educativo de la Secundaria Básica actual, en cuanto el aporte práctico se manifiesta en la elaboración de la estrategia ético ambiental para contribuir al desarrollo de la educación ambiental en estudiantes de Secundaria Básica, la misma tiene gran significación para la escuela y la comunidad, debido a que fortalece los valores éticos ambientales en los estudiantes, permitiéndoles continuar proyectando acciones orientadas a eliminar los problemas medio ambientales que dañan al medio natural donde está enclavada la escuela.
