Cerrando la brecha en educación y tecnología

Abstract

En el último medio siglo, se ha ido ampliando cada vez más la brecha entre los países de altos ingresos y los países pobres, pero esto no se debe a la concentración de los factores productivos (principalmente capital), sino a la acumulación del conocimiento. Alrededor de la mitad del crecimiento de las economías desarrolladas proviene de la producción de nuevas tecnologías.
