La formación de valores: una aproximación necesaria en el proceso formativo

Abstract

Una visión crítica de los valores en el contexto cubano actual nos llevó a develar limitaciones e insuficiencias que se presentan e la carrera de Agronomía en el Centro Universitario de Las Tunas y que se traducen en un inadecuado comportamiento social en los estudiantes, lo que de hecho repercute desfavorablemente en a formación del profesional integral y en el logro de la excelencia universitaria, que serán minimizadas o erradicadas a través de la elaboración de un modelo con enfoque sistémico desde las dimensiones del proceso docente educativo que propicie una concepción estratégica para la formación y/o consolidación de los valores fundamentales de la juventud universitaria de la carrera en cuestión.
