Diseño y validación del cuestionario de auto-motivación AM-24 en el marco del espacio europeo de educación superior

Abstract

El propósito fundamental del presente trabajo ha sido la construcción y validación de un cuestionario destinado a medir las acciones de auto-motivación que los estudiantes universitarios manifiestan desarrollar en el marco del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES). El EEES precisamente potencia la autonomía, la responsabilidad y la auto-regulación del estudiante. El análisis empírico de la fiabilidad y de la validez del instrumento se ha llevado a cabo en una muestra de 254 estudiantes universitarios de turismo, con edades comprendidas entre los 17 y los 22 años. Los datos permiten concluir que la consistencia interna y la validez del cuestionario son satisfactorias. El instrumento puede ser empleado para analizar la auto-motivación de los estudiantes y para prevenir e intervenir en dicho ámbito, teniendo presente que la auto-motivación constituye una competencia de gran valor en el EEES. Dicha competencia incluye aspectos cognitivos, conductuales y afectivo-sociales.
