El sistema de gestión de los recursos humanos académicos a tiempo parcial para la filial universitaria municipal

Abstract

La universidad cubana en la actualidad asume nuevos retos, entre los que se destacan los ideológicos, los encaminados a alcanzar la racionalidad económica; además de lograr calidad en todos los procesos que se desarrollan, para así alcanzar las expectativas en la población. El factor principal para cumplir los propósitos deseados son los recursos humanos. Es por ello que en el presente artículo se muestran reflexiones relacionadas con los recursos humanos académicos y se presenta un sistema de gestión de recursos humanos académicos a tiempo parcial para la Filial Universitaria Municipal, el cual está estructurado en seis subsistemas concebidos con un carácter sistémico e integral, los que constituyen su estructura y funcionamiento para elevar la calidad en los servicios que presta la filial
