La interacción comunicativa profesor-alumno en la Educación Médica Superior

Abstract

La Educación Médica Superior para responder su encargo social y lograr la eficacia debe formar también al médico general básico como un profesional bien entrenado en las habilidades de la comunicación. El propósito del presente trabajo es describir el comportamiento de la interacción comunicativa profesor-alumno desde el Proceso Enseñanza Aprendizaje. La naturaleza de los retos del momento histórico actual conduce a transformaciones en la concepción pedagógica predominante en el contexto cubano; Ello implica nuevas exigencias para el profesor, una mayor preparación y el desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas para organizar la interacción con los estudiantes, con el objetivo de formar un profesional integral.
